This was the theoretical premise for processing, in the electorate’s memory, the past as such. But the devoted and popular socialist must understand that the platform laid on the table by the PSSH must take power by force, but enjoy it through institutions and democracy. The provision of material and the branches of the political and economic organism, the creation of conditions for the left electorate, the opposition and the center, make the necessary gradual democratization of the time indispensable. Nezaret Pllana: The meeting held yesterday in the KPD headquarters hall was truly impressive, as the determination of the socialists was expressed in the discussion of every part of our people’s PSSH Program. In this context, Socialist Party chairman Fatos Nano spoke in highly convincing tones about the coalition’s governing program and the necessities of the KPD, which must be understood as governance. The governing program, he said, is essentially a set of reforms of the 7th-8th of a time, and every novelty is very important for the Albanian people. This prompted the intervention of the head of a branch, who said that the only way to start work with confidence is to appoint responsible people. I think Fatos Nano’s attitude toward the youth makes us all reflect. The coalition with other parties, as he said, is useful, but not for personal gain. And alongside relations with others, our chairman must preserve the face of the PSSH as a socialist party. In this sense, I was also interested in Mr. Servet Pëllumbi’s assessment of the need to organize employment offices and new structures. Fatos Nano called this governance of government; everything must be done and every job should be allocated according to ability and honesty.
