Çeka: If I had stolen the plan, I would not have left from the PD at the very beginning
This is already a known group. They have the uniformed men, who in the name of the omnipresent Berisha wreak havoc in Tirana. Evidence on a more visible scale, half on paper, he had before Balli, who was declaiming with pathos. That is how I was reminded of Balli’s quip, made earlier ironically about the seized Tirana, the first landscapes where the work is already tumbling down.
Democrat, all right, that is how it has also gone with us. To the party of the organization of peace and order, you sent trunks with the pet Berisha, a pack of cigarettes, Mr. Çeka! Have you found allies and the house is driving Albania’s fires away?! That is how it is... Mr. Çeka turns out not to be the slanderous voice of a degenerate opposition, but the minister of order in the government of National Reconciliation and the International Monetary Fund
Professional management and partnership with the officeholders
Prime Minister Fatos Nano meets the newly appointed deputy ministers
Prime Minister Nano asked the deputy ministers, and all subordinate levels, that their offices should not remain closed offices “with a padlock,” but should instead be offered as posts where only results and maximum efficiency are achieved through work
Serious commitment by the IMF to the revival of the Albanian economy
Prime Minister Fatos Nano received the team of the International Monetary Fund

The revolt that foretold dictatorship
The Berisha regime left the Police in a wretched state; 2,500 unemployed and 1,500 families on social assistance
Five years ago, when the people of Poliçan were clashing with Sali Berisha’s armed state

Çeka: If I had stolen the plan, I would not have left from the PD at the very beginning
It is now an open matter that Interior Minister Ahmet Çela [?] has sent to parliament how the weapons were distributed by order of Sali Berisha and the relevant evidence, mainly in Shkodër, Durrës and Tiranë. In his speech he also gave the names of the people involved in this network. The denunciation made has shaken the parliamentary and political environment. This statement is even more necessary today when opposition leaders continue to call slander and fabrication everything the Minister of Order has brought to parliament. Documented and confirmed, the minister has given the names and surnames in Balli, where he reveals the relevant documents, mainly in the PD branches in Tiranë, Durrës and Shkodër. The Democratic Party, which has been involved in the course of events and has organized an armed uprising, if it had to say anything, would have seen it with its own eyes. Thus he also revealed the list of 2,500 weapons distributors that the PD has distributed, has shattered 5,500 people and 3,000 billion in turnover from the criminal and tainted pyramid firms. This is a serious and unparalleled accusation, directed at an entire party and its regime. These questions will continue to weigh like a stone around the neck of those who have plunged the country into this year’s chaos. It is also a reply to those who think that Berisha’s power fell as a result of slander, political warfare or the desecration of a lost chance. On the contrary, it fell because it had come to an end, just as all regimes that use the state against the people come to an end.
