TIRANA, Once again steeped in the old polemical and democratic tone, the opposition tribune, “Rilindja Demokratike”, with a particularly strong “victim” opposition by dramatizing the debate within the leadership of PD, continues to deal with the “image” of its own figure. By calling the president of the Commission and the president of the Council of Europe Volker Rühe the “culprit” of the national crisis, “RD” carries out a classic act of accusation by listing the “sins” of the man who, it seems, came to Tirana on a mission from America to “wash in PD” this or that. Angered by the main opposition leaders and “dependent” on international arenas, “RD” questions why Volker Rühe declared in the Balkans one of the most familiar things to us, that “at the head of PD there are some people who are enemies of democracy”. The matter becomes interesting when, on the other side, the analysis of “RD” responds that Volker is “one of the actors of Europe, appointed by America”, and yet this actor has no part in “the selection of people from PD, its ties and its figures”. The “movement for reform” is openly discussing legally in order to reach the “special leadership” of the former so-called “late autumn” and “the situation is such”. But what are the processes that the former leaders of PD must understand? Is there really a basis for “PD” having “not even one of the actors in the Mediterranean” and that “their action is reformist”?! Is Volker Rühe really appearing as a friend of the “old leadership” because he is defending the interests of its former nomenklatura? Among the people of the old leadership of PD, not only Berisha, who is trying to hide through the inflation of this kind of bombastic claim, that in the “rehabilitation” of the person, but also other leaders, every day are making it clear that their narrow group is afraid to open its own files of spies.
