Dear Mr. President, Since the country is going through a political crisis, I consider it first and foremost a moral crisis of our society. Seeing the intensification of the conflict and in order to create new possibilities to further avoid the crisis, the dissolution of the mandates with prudence and with the force of the starting point of institutional reform with their near completion, I submit my resignation from the post of Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, while at the same time inviting all progressive political forces, as well as all political factors within the European Union[?] to calmly make way to move forward.
