“Nuk janë studentë por të sanë horrat e Skënderit”.
Zgjedhjet e para, pas këtij precedenti, këtë herë në bashkun me emërimin e dekanit të Fakultetit Shkencat e Natyrës, duhej të zgjidhej prefekti i Universitetit “Luigj Gurakuqi”. Në të gjallë në po aq konviktet universitare! Me një fjalë, studentët e Universitetit “Luigj Gurakuqi” të Shkodrës, filluan pa e kuptuar, një rivlerësim. U duk sikur po zgjohej një ndërgjegje e re e këtyre viteve të tranzicionit.
Sipas të gjitha mallrave që na solli ky pluralizëm për studentët kanë mbetur edhe disa zanate. Shembulli më i mirë për këtë është studenti Baçri Bazjari. (Bëhet fjalë për student I kursit të II-të te fakultetit juridik) i ardhur nga Peshkopia, andej ku banda e Berishës është mësuar të regjistrojë nga qelbësirat terroriste të korrikut. Si terrorist i trondosur se do të humbiste kafen e mëngjesit, e zhuritur urrejtjen deri tek jargët, ai i shfryn studentëve. Na kapi flokët dhe më tha “more student i mutit, këto humb vetëm me tanks e uria”. Këtë e thotë ky i pabrekë që bredh me depërtues në krah, por që një muaj më parë hante bukë falas me ne. Organizimi absurd i tyre është po aq zanafillor sa mungesa e shkollës që kanë. Baza e gjithçkaje është frika që duan të ngjallin tek studentët. Konvikti nga ana tjetër është i zbrazur kryesisht nga vajzat, të cilat kanë ikur nëpër shtëpitë e shokëve dhe shoqeve. Ai u thotë “largohuni se do t’ju vrasim”. Kjo i thanë disa studentëve të mjekësisë që ishin kthyer nga minipushimet. U kthen armën në fyt, u bërtasin duke ju thënë “pushkatim”. Ky bëhet trim me armë në dorë. Ndërsa në një rast tjetër po ky mostër i pështirë, i shoqëruar nga dy zagarë, njëri qelbash e tjetri hundëqen, hyn brenda në një prej godinave dhe terrorizon studentët. Më pas thotë “po ikët juve larg, do vijnë ca si puna e Azem Hajdarit dhe do t’ju vrasin të gjithëve”.
Studenti tjetër vjen nga Tropoja. Quhet Aljil Shala, student i kursit të I-rë fakulteti juridik. Ky bën njëlloj si paraardhësi i tij. Eshtë po aq ordiner dhe bën të fortin me emrin e Sali Berishës. “Mua ma ka lënë Saliu vetë”. Cudira ndodhin! Gënjeshtër më të madhe kurrë nuk do keni dëgjuar! As studentët në dhomat e izolimit dhe as doktorët e çmendurisë që po e kurojne sadistin në fjalë, nuk mund ta imagjinojnë lehtë se me çfarë mund të qeshin këta mjeranë. Ndërsa këtë Aljilin thonë se nëna e ka quar për të marrë diplomën “ta ketë se bën moral e Shkodrës”.
Nga një grup studentësh të fakultetit të mjekësisë dëgjuam për një horr tjetër me emrin Aleksandër Visha, student i kursit të II-të fakultetit juridik. Vjen nga Myzeqeja dhe ka si punë kryesore të transportojë karikatorin e automatikut të Agim Muratit. Një student me emrin Berat Çela pyeti këtë “zotërinë” se ku qëndronte e drejta juridike e bllokimit të shkollës. Përgjigjen e mori me kondak automati. Ky horr nga ana tjetër është aq frikacak sa për një copë kolltuku mund të hidhet e të trembë shokët e tij me armë në dorë. Një prirje primitive kjo e tij, për të mbyllur me pahir shkollën, e zbulon qartë fytyrën e një shumice jo të vogël studentësh nga veriu dhe jugu i Shqipërisë, që janë mbledhur këtu për të shpallur zaptim e tyre në universitete!
Pra profesioni i këtyre studentëve është para së gjithash ai i frikacakëve dhe më pas i horrave pa tru që dalin me armë, por nga ana tjetër fshihen sa herë që studentët mblidhen të mbrohen. Kjo është fytyra e turpit që mori dhuna dhe terrori i Berishës gjatë muajit dhjetor 1998. Ishin një bandë që me drogat, bajgat, sharjet dhe kërcënimet, kujtojnë se do trembin studentët. Jo zoterinj, ajo që po ndodh në Shkodër nuk është protestë dhe as revoltë studentësh. Këtu po ndodh një skenë kriminale, me pagesë nga zyrat e Berishës.
Kjo është fytyra e shëmtuar e këtyre njerëzve pa shkollë, që e quajnë veten studentë. Këta lloj njerëzish duan të kthejnë universitetin në një stallë, ku hyn e del kushdo me armë në dorë. Por mijëra studentë vazhdojnë mësimin, duke refuzuar frikën dhe terrorin.

The first elections, after this precedent, this time together with the appointment of the dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, the prefect of the University “Luigj Gurakuqi” had to be chosen. In reality, in the university dormitories as well! In a word, the students of the University “Luigj Gurakuqi” of Shkodra, without realizing it, began a reassessment. It seemed as if a new conscience of these transition years was awakening.
According to all the goods this pluralism brought us, for the students there have remained some trades too. The best example of this is the student Baçri Bazjari. (It is about a second-year student of the law faculty) coming from Peshkopia, from the area where Berisha’s gang is used to recruiting from the terrorist filth of July. As a terrorist upset that he would lose his morning coffee, consumed by hatred to the point of drooling, he vents on the students. He grabbed me by the hair and said “you shitty student, these things are solved only with tanks and hunger.” This is said by that ragged man who roams with explosives on his shoulder, but who one month earlier ate free bread with us. Their absurd organization is as rudimentary as their lack of schooling. The basis of everything is the fear they want to instill in the students. The dormitory on the other hand is mainly emptied by the girls, who have gone to the homes of friends. He tells them “leave or we will kill you.” This is what they told some medical students who had returned from a short break. They put a gun to their throats, shouting “execution.” He becomes brave with a weapon in hand. While in another case this same disgusting creature, accompanied by two hounds, one filthy and the other dog-nosed, enters one of the buildings and terrorizes the students. Then he says “if you go far away, some people like Azem Hajdari will come and kill you all.”
Another student comes from Tropoja. His name is Aljil Shala, a first-year law student. He acts just like the former. He is just as vulgar and shows off in the name of Sali Berisha. “Sali himself appointed me.” Strange things happen! You have never heard a bigger lie! Neither the students in isolation rooms nor the doctors of madness treating this sadist can easily imagine what these wretches may laugh at. Meanwhile, they say this Aljil’s mother sent him to get a diploma “so he may have it, for he lectures Shkodra on morals.”
From a group of students of the medical faculty we heard of another thug named Aleksandër Visha, a second-year law student. He comes from Myzeqe and his main job is to carry the automatic rifle magazine of Agim Murati. A student named Berat Çela asked this “gentleman” where the legal right to block the school stood. He got the answer with the butt of a rifle. This thug on the other hand is such a coward that for a piece of armchair he can jump and frighten his friends with a weapon in hand. Such a primitive tendency of his, to close the school by force, clearly reveals the face of a not small majority of students from the north and south of Albania, who have gathered here to proclaim their seizure of the universities!
So the profession of these students is first of all that of cowards and then brainless thugs who go out with weapons, but on the other hand hide whenever the students gather to defend themselves. This is the shameful face that Berisha’s violence and terror took during December 1998. They were a gang who with drugs, filth, insults and threats think they will frighten the students. No gentlemen, what is happening in Shkodra is not a protest nor a student revolt. What is happening here is a criminal scene, paid for by Berisha’s offices.
This is the ugly face of these uneducated people who call themselves students. These kinds of people want to turn the university into a stable, where anyone enters and leaves with a weapon in hand. But thousands of students continue studying, rejecting fear and terror.

“Non sono studenti ma tutti i teppisti di Skënder.”
Le prime elezioni, dopo questo precedente, questa volta insieme alla nomina del preside della Facoltà di Scienze Naturali, dovevano scegliere anche il prefetto dell’Università “Luigj Gurakuqi”. In realtà, anche nei dormitori universitari! In una parola, gli studenti dell’Università “Luigj Gurakuqi” di Scutari, senza rendersene conto, iniziarono una rivalutazione. Sembrava che si stesse risvegliando una nuova coscienza di questi anni di transizione.
Secondo tutti i beni che questo pluralismo ci ha portato, per gli studenti sono rimasti anche alcuni mestieri. Il miglior esempio di ciò è lo studente Baçri Bazjari. (Si tratta di uno studente del II anno della facoltà di giurisprudenza) proveniente da Peshkopia, da dove la banda di Berisha è abituata a reclutare tra le lordure terroristiche di luglio. Come terrorista sconvolto all’idea di perdere il caffè del mattino, consumato dall’odio fino alla bava, si sfoga sugli studenti. Mi ha preso per i capelli e mi ha detto: “studente di merda, queste cose si risolvono solo con i carri armati e la fame”. Lo dice questo straccione che gira con esplosivi in spalla, ma che un mese prima mangiava pane gratis con noi. La loro organizzazione assurda è tanto rudimentale quanto la mancanza di istruzione che hanno. La base di tutto è la paura che vogliono incutere agli studenti. Il dormitorio, d’altra parte, si è svuotato soprattutto delle ragazze, che sono andate nelle case di amici e amiche. Dice loro: “andatevene o vi uccideremo”. Questo dissero ad alcuni studenti di medicina tornati dalle minivacanze. Puntano loro l’arma alla gola, gridando “fucilazione”. Diventa coraggioso con un’arma in mano. In un altro caso questa stessa disgustosa creatura, accompagnata da due segugi, uno sudicio e l’altro dal muso di cane, entra in uno degli edifici e terrorizza gli studenti. Poi dice: “se ve ne andate lontano, verranno alcuni come Azem Hajdari e vi uccideranno tutti”.
Un altro studente viene da Tropoja. Si chiama Aljil Shala, studente del I anno di giurisprudenza. Fa proprio come il precedente. È altrettanto volgare e fa il duro nel nome di Sali Berisha. “Mi ha messo qui Sali in persona”. Succedono cose strane! Non avete mai sentito una bugia più grande! Né gli studenti nelle stanze di isolamento né i medici della follia che curano questo sadico possono immaginare facilmente di cosa possano ridere questi miserabili. Intanto, dicono che la madre di questo Aljil lo ha mandato a prendere un diploma “così almeno ce l’abbia, visto che fa la morale a Scutari”.
Da un gruppo di studenti della facoltà di medicina abbiamo sentito parlare di un altro teppista di nome Aleksandër Visha, studente del II anno di giurisprudenza. Viene dalla Myzeqe e il suo compito principale è trasportare il caricatore dell’automatico di Agim Murati. Uno studente di nome Berat Çela chiese a questo “signore” dove stesse il diritto giuridico di bloccare la scuola. La risposta la ricevette con il calcio del fucile. Questo teppista, d’altra parte, è talmente vigliacco che per un pezzo di poltrona può saltare e spaventare i suoi compagni con un’arma in mano. Una sua tendenza così primitiva, a chiudere la scuola con la forza, rivela chiaramente il volto di una non piccola maggioranza di studenti del nord e del sud dell’Albania, raccolti qui per proclamare la loro occupazione delle università!
Dunque il mestiere di questi studenti è prima di tutto quello dei vigliacchi e poi dei teppisti senza cervello che escono armati, ma dall’altra parte si nascondono ogni volta che gli studenti si riuniscono per difendersi. Questo è il volto vergognoso assunto dalla violenza e dal terrore di Berisha durante il mese di dicembre 1998. Erano una banda che con droghe, sporcizia, insulti e minacce pensa di spaventare gli studenti. No signori, quello che sta accadendo a Scutari non è una protesta né una rivolta studentesca. Qui sta avvenendo una scena criminale, pagata dagli uffici di Berisha.
Questo è il volto brutto di queste persone senza istruzione che si definiscono studenti. Questo tipo di persone vuole trasformare l’università in una stalla, dove chiunque entra ed esce con un’arma in mano. Ma migliaia di studenti continuano a studiare, rifiutando paura e terrore.
