The prison police have arrested three people after the incident involving the deputy head of road traffic, Major Shkëlqim Çeliku, who was seriously injured in the evening hours of yesterday...
The names of the arrested persons are not known for certain. The body remains at liberty, police authorities report. Further examinations into the incident are still under way. Police also made three arrests last night. The official statement today says that “further inquiries are ongoing”.
