This is how Albanians are being deceived
TIRANA—Yesterday, at 4:00 p.m. on the news bulletin, strangely enough, the first item broadcast was a notice from the information department, repeating things that have been going around for months. Enka E.Mazi, the TV director who has not paid the journalists or provided fuel for the cars, has apparently sabotaged the great Klosi. In short, this department will not broadcast film footage because...
But according to those being accused, the truth is quite different.
E.Mazi says that by 4:00 p.m. eight news reports were ready. So Klosi is lying. At 10:00 a.m. the TV director assigned the journalists their tasks, and by 1:30 p.m. they had the reports ready. So Klosi is lying for the second time.
At 3:30 p.m., according to Armi[r?] Shkurti, Klosi came to the TV station himself and, after making the announcement, the department... stopped the broadcast of the news.
So yesterday Adrian Klosi took over Albanian television, not with weapons and bombs, but with censorship, lies and slander. The Albanian public was deceived to its face, and Klosi, for the sake of his career, turned this means of communication into a means of manipulation. Yesterday Klosi took over the television station (he has de facto privatized it), and neither the governing board nor the government reacted.
Yesterday Klosi showed that he knows how to pull tricks, but does not know how to manage a public TV station.
Meanwhile, yesterday the TV editorial board met and reacted to the unprecedented event during the news bulletin. Here is their statement to “ZP”.
