NATO Commander Clark threatens Slobo: Do not touch Albania and Macedonia NATO Commander (General Wesley Clark) BRUSSELS. NATO Commander in Europe, General Clark, warned yesterday Slobo- Yugoslavia, Slobodan Milošević, that he is again barred and nothing is to be given from Albania, indicating that Yugoslav military actions could suffer unacceptable losses.
