By a decision of the Council of Ministers chaired by former President Sali Berisha, the “Lumi” facility was declared “of special importance” in March 1993, although only the Government has the authority to do so. Also in 1993, the transfer of the Treasury and a host of secret documents from Skrapar to the “Lumi” facility was ordered. Is there a connection between declaring the “Lumi” facility “of special importance” and transferring the Treasury to Krrabë?

A respected former doctor of Albania and an “irritable” politician is naming important Albanian parties and, for the sake of democracy in Albania, is making us look bad and blackening our reputation before the world with the shapeless, senseless alloy of words that comes out of his mouth. This man is Dr. S.Berisha! To step onto a podium at the beginning of 2000 and ramble incoherently is not merely to harm yourself or disgrace yourself and the party you lead. It means disgracing the entire Albanian nation, because the world asks: - Are Albanians like this? And then, a cross! This man, with his fascist statements against UNDP, with the “diplomatic” idiosyncrasy he displays in what he says against two respected ministers of the Greek Government, with his warnings of “far, far away” telling the USA to stay far away from monitoring the elections in Albania, and with his ultranationalist claims that he will find the thieves even in China, turns out to be mentally ill to an extreme degree! That the doctor needs a doctor is known in Albania! But the wider world cannot understand how we can keep at the head of the opposition a fool who cannot speak Albanian and who spews out so much, even when speaking his own prehistoric Albanian. This man is making us look bad as a people, as a race! This man frightens not only investors but even the birds! During the five years he governed this country, he terrified even the wild animals! Today Albania is a country where nothing can be done! In the face of this monster, who brings Hitler and our own Enver to mind, we must act as a nation. The issue is not who wins tomorrow, the PS or the PD. The issue is that we, isolated for 50 years, must not fall into the hands of a pathological ISOLATOR like Berisha, because then, as things appear, we will be finished! In 10 years Albania has done very little, considering that it has lived in democracy. But it has done something! What matters is that we do not lose even the few achievements we have created with so many sacrifices. With Berisha, we are all lost! This category of pathological patients once compelled Julius Fucik to declare before the Nazi noose: - People, I love you, be vigilant! We must be seriously vigilant with this patient!
