The program will begin in the coming months. It will be implemented through a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB), while the Albanian government will also take part in financing. Authorities say this is one of the most important infrastructure projects and that the Durrës–Kashitë road will improve links between Tirana and the coast.
Ky program do të fillojë në muajt në vijim. Programi do të zbatohet përmes një huaje të Bankës Europiane të Investimeve (BEI), ndërsa qeveria shqiptare do të marrë pjesë në financim. Duke përmendur faktin se ky është një nga projektet më të rëndësishme të infrastrukturës, autoritetet theksojnë se rruga Durrës-Kashitë do të shërbejë për të përmirësuar lidhjet midis Tiranës dhe bregdetit.
Il programma inizierà nei prossimi mesi. Sarà attuato tramite un prestito della Banca europea per gli investimenti (BEI), mentre parteciperà al finanziamento anche il governo albanese.
