There are around 1,500 notaries in Albania, but according to field experts they should be more independent and more professional. This was also emphasized today by Mr. Vasili, director of the Notary Directorate at the Ministry of Justice. He said the past 15 years have shown that public notaries in Albania need reform and greater specialization. On the other hand, lawyers were considered better prepared to handle court cases.
Në Shqipëri janë rreth 1 500 noterë, por sipas ekspertëve të fushës, ata duhet të jenë më të pavarur dhe më profesionalë. Këtë e ka theksuar sot edhe z. Vasili, drejtor i Drejtorisë së Noterisë në Ministrinë e Drejtësisë. Ai tha se 15 vitet e fundit kanë treguar se noteri publik në Shqipëri ka nevojë për reforma dhe më shumë specializim. Nga ana tjetër, avokatët u konsideruan si më të përgatitur për përballimin e çështjeve gjyqësore.
