In Tirana’s Block, dictator Enver Hoxha, as well as his successors and high state figures, were installed in buildings that were not opened to the public. Under the law, the archives of the Party of Labour and the documents of the communist period are under state administration and restricted in use. For a long time, the debate over opening these materials has remained unresolved. In state archives, as well as in old newspapers, many traces of communist propaganda and forbidden history can be found.

Në Bllokun e Tiranës, diktatori Enver Hoxha, si edhe pasuesit e tij dhe figura të larta të shtetit, kanë qenë të vendosur në objekte që nuk janë hapur për publikun. Në bazë të ligjit, arkivat e Partisë së Punës dhe dokumentet e periudhës komuniste janë nën administrimin e shtetit dhe të kufizuara në përdorim. Prej kohësh, debati për hapjen e këtyre materialeve ka mbetur i pazgjidhur. Në arkivat shtetërore, si dhe në gazeta të vjetra, gjenden gjurmë të shumta të propagandës komuniste dhe të historisë së ndaluar.

In base alla legge, gli archivi del Partito del Lavoro e i documenti del periodo comunista sono sotto l’amministrazione dello Stato e il loro uso è limitato.
