Milo...[?] Në çdo kohë, kur të tjerë të bëhen shpikje, pas popullit, në qeveri, të reja? u vendosën edhe shqiptari të merret me të gjitha çështjet, njëherazi. Më mirë, qytetarët duhet të kenë të drejtë në procese politike dhe të mos pengohen me ligje e institucione. Has the?
