To the President of the Republic
Doctor Professor Sali Berisha
On 7 May of this year, the Government approved the draft law on the sale and purchase of agricultural land. Land cannot enter the free market until the ownership issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, our Parliament adopted the communist Law No. 7501 of 19 July 1991, by means of which the expropriation of land from its lawful owner is sanctioned. This is another continuation of the grave injustice suffered by owners under Enver Hoxha’s regime, and it undermined the proper development of economic reform. Through the law on the sale and purchase of land, the intention is to carry this wrongdoing to its conclusion, because every right to the return of property is seriously compromised, making it impossible to correct Law 7501 in the future—a law that is as unjust as it is harmful. The Albanian Right-Wing League is fully convinced that unless land ownership is established and land is returned to its lawful owner, our economy cannot take root or set out on the path of European development. You, Mr. President, hold different convictions and on many occasions have addressed ... the peasants with the wish, “May you enjoy the land.” But our peasantry, with its deeply rooted sense of ownership, does not share this wish. An honest person cannot feel happy knowing that, because of an unjust law found in no civilized country in the free world, he has become the owner of his neighbor’s property. For this reason, a large part of the land has been left fallow; it is not cared for, no equipment is repaired and no irrigation canal is opened; in some cases, not even manure is spread in the fields. We are suffering great losses in preserving and improving the land, the nation’s principal wealth, while agricultural production remains at the very lowest levels, without which the economy cannot grow. It is also well known that Law No. 7501 has created serious social and legal anomalies. The peasants were not placed on an equal footing in the distribution of ...

Forces must coordinate to ensure the Petition proceeds properly
To the Coordinating Commissions of the Albanian Right-Wing League in the districts
The petition opposing the law on the sale and purchase of land is the first mass action by the Albanian Right-Wing League.
The Democratic Party and the Socialist Party, which are in the same position regarding the land law, will obstruct the petition. The other left-wing forces will do the same. The difficulties of reaching every village home and every urban household are considerable. But the Right-Wing League must overcome these difficulties by deploying all its strength and fully coordinating the work of its constituent organizations. We recommend that the following measures be taken: 1) Convene immediately ... 3) Do not allow any inaccuracies or suspicious conduct in the collection of signatures. 4) Once the work is completed, the organizations must hand the completed sheets to the chairman of the Coordinating Commission, together with a written record. 5) Keep the League’s secretariat in Tirana continually informed about the progress of the petition by calling 277-92 and 325-11. The petition is to be completed by 25 June. You are advised to organize League meetings with groups of people in municipalities, villages and city neighborhoods to explain that the adoption of the law on the sale and purchase of land makes the return of land to its owner almost impossible ... This letter was drafted jointly by the chairmen of the League’s constituent organizations.

But the Right-Wing Alliance must overcome these difficulties by bringing all its strength to bear and fully coordinating the work of its constituent groups. We recommend taking the following measures:
1) Immediately convene a meeting of the district Coordinating Commission, chaired by the chairman of the Association of the Politically Persecuted, also inviting the chairman of the Property with Justice Association and the chairman of any other right-wing party that wishes to participate.
2) Divide the city district into zones for each group, according to each group’s practical capabilities, and provide each one, through the proper procedure, with forms for collecting signatures.
1,000 signatures in three days in Fushë Krujë
In Fushë-Krujë, 1,000 signatures were collected in three days for the petition organized by the Right-Wing League to oppose the Law on the Sale and Purchase of Land.
Collection has also begun in the other municipalities. In Bubq, 400 signatures have been collected; in Thumanë, 500; and in Nikël, 300.
The ghost of Enver Hoxha in Montenegro
Following the campaign launched by the Macedonian authorities to shut down Albanians’ private radio stations, there is talk of “clearing out the ‘technical equipment’” targeting RTSH’s broadcasts in Montenegro, whose signals interfere with the normal transmission of RTSH programs even within Albania’s own borders.
Dressing like E. Hoxha did in his time, when he obstructed broadcasts by Yugoslav Radio and Television, is truly an anachronism. At a time when people talk day and night about integration, cooperation, etc., obstructing the television broadcasts of a neighboring country is a paradox. This also contradicts Belgrade’s own policy, which seeks to ease the embargo imposed by the international community. Such things also undermine the desire for bilateral contacts in the fields of exports and culture, where the sanctions against Yugoslavia have by now been lifted.

Others
All Albanians are hereby informed, regardless of their position, that Hawaii is part of the USA. It was attacked by Japan, which led to the USA entering the Second World War. Perhaps someone did not know this fact, and that prompted them to make some ill-considered statement.
Here comes one who takes everyone’s property and turns it into state property.
Then another comes along, who gives it away as he pleases. So it is quite clear who is more impartial: both of them, without distinction.
I advise all Albanian citizens that now that Italy has deployed its army along its shores, they can travel freely to Greece, where there is no army, no police, no killings at the border and no mass returns. The route to Europe has therefore changed: it now goes through Tufinë - Janinë - Athens - Palestine - China...
Hey, people!!! Soon the searches in the drawers of Italian MPs will begin. After teaching the Italians how to act to stop illegal migrants, now we will teach them how to justify their actions too.
