Moderation on the Kosovo issue casts serious doubt on the seriousness of the Albanian state
Recently, there have been tendencies toward moderating Albanian policy on the Kosovo issue. Some political forces are increasingly abandoning the demand for Kosovo's independence and are insisting only on its autonomy. These tendencies are linked to the electoral campaign in Albania and risk taking on dimensions in a meaningless race that serves Albanian interests the least. In this regard, PRSH once again notes that, for the reasons below, such a policy risks the seriousness of the Albanian state.
First. 99.99% of the Albanian population of Kosovo has expressed itself through a referendum in favor of a sovereign and independent Kosovo (this population makes up 92% of Kosovo's inhabitants), as well as the overwhelming majority of the minority population in Kosovo (Bosniaks, Turks, Roma, Croats, etc.).
Second. On the initiative of PRSH, which collected the necessary number of signatures from Albanian citizens in Tirana and throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania, the People's Assembly of the Republic of Albania, with the consensus of all political forces, recognized the Republic of Kosovo.
Third. During these five years, on the part of Serbia or the so-called Yugoslavia, there was no serious attempt to reintegrate Kosovo into its fold. Serbian power in Kosovo was carried out only through police and military action with a single aim: the expulsion of as many Albanians as possible from Kosovo.
Fourth. Serbia in Kosovo, during these five years, did not want to recruit Albanians with pro-Serb orientation. This shows that Serbia is not interested in any autonomy for Kosovo either, since it seeks to resolve the Kosovo issue once and for all; either it expels the Albanians from Kosovo or it withdraws itself from Kosovo.
Fifth. The war in the Balkans has been going on for four years and so far no issue has been resolved through autonomy, even though Western diplomacy continually proposes such plans.
Hence: PRSH considers-[?]

24 former bloc members headed to court
First Ramiz Alia
The former bloc officials are facing the cost of the thefts imposed by the Tirana Court. Thus, the 24 former bloc members released from prison, led by Ramiz Alia, convicted of abuse of office, in addition to prison, owe the state certain sums. The list of these sums is headed by Ramiz Alia with 11 million lek, of which he has so far collected 1.5 million, then continue in order with 6 others, etc., from A. del Carcani with 5 million, down to the last with 2 million. M. Myftiu is the only one of the 24 convicted who has fully settled his obligations. Unlike the first times, when the 24 bloc officials were asked for 6 months to find their addresses, this time there will be key obligations if they take advantage of the payment obligation and shroud their addresses in mystery. After the Court's notification of the deadline for this amount and that, if they do not appear to pay the obligations, the Court will automatically seize the goods they own.

Kosovo: Why it is good not to unite
1. The option of peaceful resistance is being burned away.
2. Either Berisha or Rugova must resign!
3. Some Albanian parties are having their option of "talks with the Serbs" ruined.
4. It does not seem right to pass through Prizren without customs.
4/1 The customs officers of Kukës will be left without work.
5. Radio Television of Pristina competes with RTV.
6. The chances of those involved in politics are reduced, as the number of ambassadors is halved.
7. Albanians no longer have the chance to appear in the West to seek political asylum as Kosovars.
8. Expenses of the Albanian army increase.
9. By becoming a powerful state, the West no longer gives us humanitarian aid.
10. We no longer have anything to complain to Europe about.
11. Albania doubles in size and there is a risk that it will no longer be a factor of peace and stability in the Balkans...
