Yesterday the 2 Prilli Association appealed to all eyewitnesses who were present at the moment of the massacre on 2 April to come forward and testify before the investigative group so that the truth can come out. So far, in connection with the 2 Prilli events in Shkodër, former president Ramiz Alia has been questioned, and at that time he was Minister of Internal Affairs. A new trial has been requested for the events of 2 April, because although four former high-ranking officials in Shkodër and three police officers who served in the former Party Committee of Shkodër were sentenced, the truth still remains a mystery.
