In the mud of the great mass of people who are artificial and out of place, as if dressed in чужд? clothes, who at one moment reek of office corridors and at another of hell, there remains before our eyes another Albania, clean, wise, unbreakable, without the intoxication of victory and without empty disappointments. That Albania is not loud on podiums, nor does it sit in the chairs of power. The other Albania is in the hands of ordinary people, in dusty streets, in women who wait patiently in line, in children who study even when they have no light, in old people who remember without hatred. We need such an Albania. We need a clear mind, not politics fed by hysteria. We need a state that respects the citizen and not a citizen who fears the state. Can it be built without honesty? Can there be trust without justice? The questions are old, but the answer remains new every day. Our society is tired of lies, of propaganda, of words that promise and hands that steal. Therefore the other Albania must be sought not in noise, but in silence; not in decorations, but in work; not in fear, but in dignity. P. 4
