The challenge of alternatives

By Arben SHKUPI Democracy is a precious mosaic of realism in relation to property and freedom. Democracy is first and foremost a precious mosaic of realism which in itself has the special symbolism that has freedom and property as its common denominator. The civilization of a people is always forged at the door of the principles of democracy. It is an indisputable fact that, in the period of hopeless light, part of the national elite, the substance of private property, played the role of nerve and muscle in transforming the clandestine PPSH into an unacceptable government and Mr. Polo Cekulian [?] description of this, and its inclusion in Western models of socio-economic relations, become a fluid, intertwined garment. Those who first experience it come with time, because always, from where the concept-speed in Dostoevsky [?] Beethoven [?] springs, alternatives appear at the appointed special time. In this framework arose the need to build mechanisms of reform, all the more so of governing alternatives, but in judgment and experience with the mistakes of ideas and inclusiveness on the side of speech. Despite the conditions of the light of perception and great challenges, Albanians have fought for their property and have deep protection in their chest, which are making the property institution a necessary process that conditions the development of society. But such a complicated issue, the position of private property, should not let itself be overtaken and modernized by the very boom of the old fashion. Ownership, release and new proposals on property reform, the discussion and choice of prices or land distribution, agreements that the new owners must implement and especially the farmers, are an inevitable part of this reform. As for succession, there is still no closure of the decisions of a program, at least not one that has accepted legal rules. In the old mindset, with the usual, the taxes with the inheritance of traditional owners and the solution of local problems, business and the change of use of property. Meanwhile the concentration and of Albanian owners, and finally, are efforts to bring about the socio-economic realization of a class of owners, which the author calls the "true owners". All of this makes the property issue in democracy its soul, and ultimately the ideas that make up the future of the country. A correct forecast of alternatives cannot be made superficially; otherwise it would end in misunderstandings and pseudo-solutions. Starting from this challenge, in the function of making the owner free, I believe that this is the right alternative for building a civilized and modern society. P. 6
