To speak about the nation, about pensioners, about savers, is easy. But how much do the rich gain? That is the question. The rise in real-estate prices, especially land and apartments, is a natural process in a country where dirty money seeks shelter. But who made this money? Who will bear the burden? It is likely that even those who do not own a single apartment will pay the cost of these shifts through price increases and new poverty. To speak about the lower strata and not say who the beneficiaries are is truly just market talk.
