Then they extended the deadlines and gave time to another company to prepare additional documentation. In this game with the rules, it is clear that transparency was not the goal. The media has made it clear that the deviation in this process works in favor of a group linked to the government and not the public interest. If this is privatization, then it is manipulated privatization. If this is reform, then it is a captured reform. The government must provide full and honest explanations for its actions.
