EDITORIAL By Nertan ALIBALI The right wing needs to reflect After the shock caused by the election result of the Third, the ruling party is making sure that the PQ state of confrontations is boiling over. Recently, the limit of political-diplomatic disarray has reigned in the top of the Council of Ministers. The much-talked-about and inflated great economic success, with the prime minister’s statement that the people deserve a high standard of living, with warnings of increases in pensions and wages as well as income from emigration, has been desired with demagoguery, doctor, as if the redistributed money would be implemented by this government in the last months of the mandate. But the opposition is on the move, and for them these concerns are the source of anger among the officials. The round table gathered to discuss the 2001 budget, which for four would be nothing more than the usual pre-approval debate, cannot sit in front of the doors of the majority’s offices under the orders of the police, because not only do they not trust the deputy, but they also do not manipulate the increase with false manifestos. At that moment, the clashes, the result of heated blood and of the opposition, gave life to what could only be called an uprising by the organizers of the tug-of-war of the commission with the claim of ownership by the uncontrolled and unrestricted government officials. The latter, in a completely demonstrative way, challenged the logic of the authorities’ officials with the argument that Pojçi and their motive are an unchanging part of democratic principles, which cannot be replaced by police orders. Faced with this act, the leaders of the opposition brought down the loyalists with physical force, while the government launched another smear campaign. Page 3

Right-wing parties at a round table Opposition, joint actions On Monday, 6 November, for the third time, the initiatives of the leaders of the right-wing parties were announced by the side of the Pushniks. The discussion table has focused on preparing a joint declaration. Apparently, with senior officials of the assembly, some of these voices express that the government crisis, beyond the major conflict between the government leaders and the PD, must continue with common opposition positions. Meanwhile, the meeting focused on deciding the steps the opposition should take. The PBD have taken the initiative to review the strategy and seek joint action. PBD, PLL, PDK, PBDNJ, PBK, PShD, PDK, PBKD, PR, PShD, PDB, and others were represented at this meeting and agreed to draft a joint declaration through the mandate in order to continue action to resolve the crisis.
