According to this decision, these measures apply to all legal and natural persons without any distinction. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES Three types of certificates TIRANE - The normative act “On some changes to decree no. 7406, dated 31.7.1991 ‘On trade’”, which has now entered into force, provides for three types of certificates, without which no trading entity has the right to operate. The certificate of registration in court, the certificate to carry out trade issued by the municipality or commune, and the certificate of the premises’ hygiene. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES - Anyone carrying out trade activity without being equipped with certificates will be fined. In case of repeat offense, suspension of activity is also предусмотрed.
