In yesterday’s questioning, clarifications were also requested regarding the procedure followed for the tenders and the distribution of the quantity that arrived in the country. In the prosecutor’s offices, the questioning of the former minister lasted for several hours. In a later response, Ruli clarified that his resignation is linked to moral responsibility and not to an admission of the accusations. He says that the only document he signed was technical and that the main decisions were taken at other government levels.
