Filing a lawsuit in court will also become much more expensive. These fees will range from 50 lekë to 5,000, compared with the current 50 lekë, which is now the highest fee. Changes will also be made in the way payments are calculated. In many cases, the value of the subject under review will also be taken into account. Thus, for enforcement decisions and writs of execution involving a fixed-value object, there will be a fixed price. The fee will be 10 percent for amounts and 20 percent for legal entities. The latest decision by Albanian football referees for the first division — appointed from all over the country — is accompanied by a very stern warning: starting this Saturday, for any incident or violence carried out by footballers or fans against referees, they will suspend the championship. Judges dismiss two of the three episodes The first turning point in the millionaire’s case TIRANE — The "visit" of the Albanian millionaire, Marsel Skëndo, to his place of residence, Tirane, lasted only a few hours.
