190 tons of pesticides evacuated ... of pesticides KOPLIK — There are no more pesticides at Bajza railway station. For weeks, yesterday a special German team — supported by an Albanian military platoon as well — removed the 190 tons of expired pesticides. The substances have now been packed into 70 containers and are being prepared for transport to the Port of Durrës, from where they will be shipped back to Germany. The 190 tons of pesticides are part of the tons brought into Albania by the German firm Schmid Cretan of Hanover.
