“Outside the Law” today’s hearing for Nano
Yesterday the Cassation Plenum was called “unconstitutional”
TIRANA - Just 19 hours before the Cassation Plenum was due to meet to continue the trial of the imprisoned socialist leader, yesterday the Constitutional Court called it “unconstitutional.”
In a few minutes of reading nearly five typed pages, it removed the possibility for Nano and his lawyers not to reach today’s hearing - foreseen by them - as the “trial of innocence”

The law punishing genocide will soon pass Parliament
Last night the PD parliamentary group decided
TIRANA - Soon the draft law punishing genocide will be placed on the desks of Albanian deputies. This was decided yesterday by the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, meeting at the Parliament headquarters. In the presence of President Sali Berisha as well, the democratic deputies strongly approved the item on the agenda for the draft, which is now also drawing the interest of the chanceries of Albanian political parties. The news is also confirmed by the Speaker of the People’s Assembly Arbnori, and it has been accompanied by many explanations in response to accusations of unconstitutionality regarding this important draft. Now only the final correction by the parliamentary laws group is awaited, and soon the deputies will vote on a draft that may perhaps remove many comrades and colleagues, deputies and parliamentary leaders, from the political scene.

Horror in Pezë, two people still in a coma.
TIRANA - The fog of concern among families, over the fate of their relatives after the incident, is beginning to clear.
Of all those hospitalized after the accident, two people are still in a coma, as the doctors still cannot say anything definitive. They are the bus driver Ruzhdi Duraku and the passenger Shkëlqim Caushi, who suffered almost all of the injuries, like the car passengers. “They have started to revive,” says the intensive care doctor, “but the others are still not at risk and are out of danger.” All the injured have been distributed among different wards of the Tirana military hospital. Most of them have limb fractures and head injuries. A day after the event, the relatives who keep vigil by their beds are breathing more easily. Although the faces of the hospitalized are still pale and some of them speak with difficulty, they can say something...

VLORE - The sanction of street terror in Vlorë.
On Monday at 10:30 p.m. near the Vlorë cinema-theater, a macabre घटना disturbs the automatic calm of the conscience of a group of young people. Left dead at the scene, brutally massacred, was Vladimir Mehm[...] aged 23. The wounds were extremely severe and the shotgun pellets were scattered throughout the boy’s body, so it was impossible for the hospital to save him.

- Yesterday proved to be a major turning point for the alleged affair of [?], which, as the referendum pushed forward, underlined the list of Albania, and in Fier its “victims” are still being tried. This time it concerns a woman, who was previously accused of being involved in the other side’s p[?]s, “for forgery of documents” and “for theft.” But “in an innocent” means it is not true. Thus for the teacher[?] the exchange with the accusers and the accused continues, with the answer from Justice still not found, which has also postponed the last hearing.

“He cheated with the Referendum votes.” PS accuses the official
Fier, the trial continues
ELBASAN - The former socialist secretary appears before the court.
The accusation is fraud against a Turkish trader, involving around one unit of money. For this accusation, former PS secretary for the Elbasan district Agim Danga will answer before justice. But the trial against him, brought forward the day before yesterday, has been postponed by the court.
The story for which he is now accused of fraud began months earlier, when Danga, active in trade, had established relations with a Turkish trader in honey. While the cooperation had gone quite well, the dispute began a month after the accounts were settled. “The honey could have been sold at a higher price” with this claim he had approached the justice authorities, who initially had refused to open the criminal case.

Don’t be alarmed, it is not a spelling mistake, but the name of a small town in northern Wales. It has 57 letters, and the sign bearing the town’s name is the longest at railway stations in the entire United Kingdom, and perhaps in the whole world. It is a Welsh name, belonging to the languages of the ancient Celtic peoples. From the year 5000 before our era, Celtic culture and language spread across the entire British island. Carrying in its “bosom” more than half the length of the letters of the English alphabet (18 out of 26), this nameless little outlying town, but with the “biggest” name in the world, has achieved a highly original record. If tomorrow, when you want to tell your friends about it, you do not remember its name, do not hesitate to admit that your memory is starting to fail you...!
