The polling data from the American Republican Institute show a considerable concentration of Albanians around centrist politics. Out of around 1,000 people surveyed across the country, 36 percent see themselves grouped in this political direction. Another important group appears to be the right-wing electorate, 33 percent, while the rest is divided between the left and those who did not know which direction to choose in the political "mess." For drunkards, alcohol is forbidden in clubs Shkodër, a strict order from the Municipality for venue owners SHKODER - "Drink raki but don’t drink your wits." This old saying of the people seems to have been at the basis of an ordinance issued by the Municipality of the city of Shkodër recently. It seems to have declared "war" on drunkards, or as understood, on the intoxicated. If there were a local need in the city of Shkodër, it would not have served on such a scale.
