Albanians look toward the center
POLL / From the American Institute study, another finding: politics in the background Albanians look toward the center Nearly 36 percent want to avoid political extremes TIRANA - Albanians are moving away from political extremes. The polling data from the American Republican Institute show a considerable concentration of Albanians around centrist politics. Out of around 1,000 people surveyed across the country, 36 percent see themselves grouped in this political direction. Another important group appears to be the right-wing electorate, 33 percent, while the rest is divided between the left and those who did not know which direction to choose in the political "mess." The data, not only political, from the poll have been presented to the leaders of the main political forces, as help in determining their stance toward the electorate. He donates a kidney to his brother
Berat
- He has given his brother life from his own life. And this is not about biological brotherhood, but about human brotherhood. It is an event of today. And yet so unusual that it cannot help but bring to mind the boundless devotion of the ancient Castor and Pollux, the kinship [?] of the Polluxian spirit, as it seems [?], a few days ago he donated one of his kidneys to his 41-year-old brother Pellumb Pollonxhani. Pellumb’s illness began 3 years ago. His condition worsened so much that doctors concluded he absolutely had to undergo surgery for the transplantation of another kidney. Otherwise the chances of survival would have been quite small. And the brotherly call, as it were, was so strong in his chest that Shpetim did not hesitate for a moment to offer his body for his brother’s recovery. "It was a call from above," says the brother of the Pollonxhanis - Shpetim’s wife. The operation and one family member was also at the Renzi Special Clinic of Humanos and the many expenses are covered by the husband of the family’s son. And these days, fortune also smiled on the duelers, the return in good health condition, until a week ago, the donor transplant case after death... Halit Tafa

Drink raki, but don’t drink your wits
For drunkards, alcohol is forbidden in clubs
Shkodër, a strict order from the Municipality for venue owners
SHKODER - "Drink raki but don’t drink your wits." This old saying of the people seems to have been at the basis of an ordinance issued by the Municipality of the city of Shkodër recently. It seems to have declared "war" on drunkards, or as understood, on the intoxicated. If there were a local need in the city of Shkodër, it would not have served on such a scale. It has been a concern of the citizens, not only because of the large increase in these people, who every hour of the day and every place for alcohol, but apparently also because of the drunkards who from time to time disturb their peace, which has forced the municipal council to issue this categorical order: "it is, in general, an anti- [?] alcohol measure." It is a compulsory ordinance for all owners or service staff in coffee-bars, pizzerias, bar-buffets and restaurants. And the fact is that the establishments of the city of Shkodër are always found in squares "occupied" by men, while it is extremely difficult to find even a single venue suitable for being frequented by family couples. With the new ordinance, according to the municipality, some hopes have arisen for them too...
