The Prosecutor's Office has closed the investigations into 7 files of the Ministry of the Interior Ramiz Alia, the last of genocide The former president, Isai and Stefani remain for the autumn TIRANA - Hetzi Alia will be the last to enter the courtroom if the request of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office to convict him and other senior officials of the former communist regime becomes reality. Alia, who led our country for 5 years during the period when the wounds of communism were being closed, is considered, as a final seal, to tie the former anti-national, anti-people and anti-democratic regime, described by cunning as a dictatorship exercised through terror and violence. Investigators from the Tirana Prosecutor's Office have separated for procedural purposes the indictment file against the former president, which is linked to communist terror and aims at the genocide carried out through the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, from the time of the consolidation of the Stalinist dictatorship until the end of that period. The accusation against Alia, ironically called by the PS a fool and part of the crimes committed during his association with the PPSH, is related to the issuing of orders in implementation of the leading role of the Party of Labour and of the anti-state and political penal provisions in agreement with Kadri Hazbiu and 37 others. Reserved sources in the PS leadership confirm that the most favored name remains that of the current MP and minister Musa Ulqini. If this name were made official, it would be Ulqini's third candidacy for mayor in Tirana.
