TIRANË - A file concerning the former president and his closest associates was sent to the General Prosecution Office on Saturday. One of the charges against Berisha, according to sources from this ministry, is the registration of the army fund, control of its depots, as well as the removal of many military officers. Two generals, civilian jacket of the former prime minister's decision, such as Ç. Muçi, H. Islami, senior military officials and officials of the Ministry of Defence. Another lawsuit has been filed over the sending of 5,000 Albanian members into the Kosovo war. According to preliminary information, former military leaders will be called as witnesses regarding the weapons depots during the March unrest. Other names close to Berisha are also included in the prepared file. Continues on page 2
