Reliable sources report that even a group of 28 NATO specialists who have been in Kukës for days have reached the conclusion that a highly modern aircraft runway will be built in the village of Shtiqën. According to the sources, its construction will require 200 Afghans, while the entire operation will be completed within 30 days. According to the same sources, a few days ago two Americans landed at Rinas airport; they will study the terrain for the establishment of military bases, including the civilian airport under special conditions.
