They are also destroying AMC before privatization
Yesterday, mobile phones subscribed to AMC went black. The only mobile phones that continued to function normally were those of Shkodër residents using Montenegrin service and those of Gjirokastër and Sarandë residents using Greek service

“Dear Hill, we’re wasting our time”
After days of talks in Rambuje, the head of the Albanian delegation and KLA representative, Hasim Thaçi, yesterday sent a letter to the trio of negotiators, Hill, Majorski, and Petrish, which we are publishing exclusively.

exclusively.
Hasim THAÇI
Honorable Ambassadors,
On behalf of the Kosovo Delegation, I wish to express to you the Delegation of Kosovo’s determination and serious commitment to the successful conclusion of the proceedings of the Rambouillet Meeting. However, I also wish to express our concern regarding the latest developments in the talks process. Although the date set by the Contact Group for the conclusion of the talks is approaching very quickly, the Kosovo Delegation has still not received the Contact Group’s materials. Losing two days without doing anything is unacceptable. Many delegates have expressed their sincere concern over the unexpected delay in the materials and annexes to the agreement. We should also have heard from you regarding the amendments made to the materials, which should have been provided to the Kosovo Delegation. As you are fully aware, the materials are voluminous, and time would be needed to assess their contents and explain the changes you have made. Wishing to assure you of our commitment to the negotiations and, in particular, of our appreciation for your valuable contribution, we once again ask you to accept the expression of my deepest consideration.

Yesterday I woke up early and it was a sunny day. “A good sign,” I thought; today is going to be a good day. The first thing I did, as usual, was switch on the bedside lamp to see whether there was electricity or not: oh, fantastic! There’s electricity. I thought the day was getting off to a good start.
I go to the bathroom to shower before it gets too late, but here comes the first surprise: there’s no water. Apparently the water supply [?] hadn’t arrived during the night, so the tank was completely empty and the electric pump was “hiding” [?] nothing but air. “Be patient,” I tell myself, thinking of a schedule that comes on [?] in the area where my house is. I light a cigarette and wait. At [?] o’clock, the sound of [?] in the pipe can be heard. I take a deep breath. But no, not a drop comes out. Apparently the Council [?] and the tank was full, but [?] in the well [?]
Oh well, I say, I’m late. I’ll shower tonight. I pick up my mobile phone, which I bought a few days ago, and try to talk to the colleague I had arranged a work meeting with: I try, try again, call the mobile, call again. Nothing. The little device keeps displaying the message: Service unavailable. Long live AMC! I go downstairs and set off by car. I don’t know how one wheel ended up in an open manhole and the car “couldn’t fly”. In despair I say: Long live the Municipality! I arrived at the office on foot, soaked and with mud-caked shoes. I give up on the mobile and turn to the landline. I try to talk to my colleague, who isn’t at home. This time I can hear the phone ringing, but instead of my colleague’s voice I hear the voice of [?]
