Zani Çaushi’s brother-in-law is killed
BREAKING NEWS
VLORE - Zani Çaushi’s brother-in-law has been killed. Luan Llanaj, about 50 years old, was killed yesterday evening while he was going home.
The husband of the older sister of the Çole boss, Luan was shot by unidentified individuals just after he had entered the alleys of the Çole neighborhood, where he lived. It had just gone past 21:15 when, in circumstances still unclear to the police, gunshots were heard. After neighborhood residents came outside, they saw a body lying on the ground. Police forces arrived at the scene and remained in the alleys of the Çole neighborhood until after 23:00, examining the crime scene. The darkness made this very difficult as well. According to police sources, the motive for this murder is the vendettas involving Zani Çaushi, since no one had any quarrel with Luan. He was unemployed and spent all day at home. About two months ago, one of Zani’s brothers, Bállili, was also killed. That murder took place in one of the makeshift bars in the Çole neighborhood, and its perpetrators have still not been identified. In total, this is the third murder among Zani’s family members during the time he has been in prison.
