The list of around 1,500 objects includes everything: from the border dog kennels - where no one has lived for decades now - to the toilets and laundries of military units, but also much more serious properties that may arouse particular interest. Among the latter, one can single out the Vlora airfield, or the cement factory of that city, as well as the thermal power plant of Korçë, properties that are not being used. The list contains a large number of military or border-defense properties, reminiscent of the “Cold War” era, but which in the meantime have acquired a new civilian value, for example observation posts on the summit of Karaburun or military command buildings of coastal artillery from the south to the north of the country, which could be turned into properties...
