In Gazette no. 87, dated 24 May 2013, where the construction price values for this year were initially published, the table with the average sale prices was presented only with the names of the cities, counties and municipalities, while no figure was entered in the values column. “In Council of Ministers Instruction no. 1, dated 8.5.2013, ‘On approving the average cost of constructing housing by the National Housing Entity, for the year 2013’ published in Official Gazette no. 87, dated 24 May, on page 3691, table no. 2 is replaced as follows,” it is written in the “correction of error” section of the Official Gazette. The values set each year by the National Housing Entity are used as a reference for taxing every sale-purchase of property... Continued on page 8
