“LOVE”, under one roof
Commentary / Why? of Llozë continues to forcibly keep 11 girls at work
• The political party and the authorities have taken it as they see fit with the girls.
On the evening of the 23rd [of April?] of this year, during the time of examinations and on the eve of the May Day and Party Conference festivities in Lezhë, 4 communists from the footwear enterprise “Dashuria” of the United [United?], Llozës [Llozaj?], Taqit, Halilit [Halli?], Hysës [Hysa?], [Pajë?] and [Koli?], enthusiastically launched the class struggle against 23 girls, among whom there were also two party members. Since these girls [were?] sincere, they did not [swallow?] easily the [decision?] to remove them from work in a hasty and arbitrary manner from work, I think they took the right path to defend their rights, since they could not find a solution here.
For this matter, it was taken to the Chairman of the Executive Committee and the chairman of the People’s Council and to other instances. They also went to the employment offices for clarification.
This problem has been the subject of discussion in the enterprise and has been used politically by some people. It cannot be understood why this attitude continues when the girls are only asking for the right to work.
The conflict has become public and has provoked reactions in the city. Many workers and family members have expressed dissatisfaction with the way the girls are being treated.

Knowing from next week, we can tell you that the petty [with?] [to?] [the road?] ...
Knowing from next week, we think we will acquaint you with facts that have circulated during the years of socialism in Lezhë.
1. What do you think occupied the minds of the people of Lezhë regarding the so-called “Block”?
2. What values and privileges did those who lived there enjoy?
3. Is it true that floors of apartment blocks, warehouses and garages were at their service?
4. Who could be called a person of the Block, how was one chosen and who decided it?
5. Did they have opportunities and privileges to travel abroad?
6. What were the reasons and causes that gave rise to the “block”?
7. Perhaps does the life of the “block” still exist today and how does it look in Lezhë?
The conclusions will come as we approach the release of the 11th Plenum. It is no coincidence that powerful houses have remained in memory.
The next articles will complete the picture and bring evidence.

The police are sheltering
The cheerful amnesty is sending many people toward cells.
For this [happened?] [almost?] [a?] [decade?] [in?] [a row?], the usual promises were made. In the city there have been cases where the police act more by force. People complain that instead of social issues being solved, they end up in offices and in prison.
In some cases they are taken from the street or from homes for checks that last a long time. Citizens feel fear and insecurity.
This article denounces abuses and the silence of the institutions.
We have wheat to cry over!!
Finally it was said that the wheat had arrived, but people are waiting in line and complaining about shortages. Distribution is irregular and the quantity is small. In some shops there is none at all, in others it is given out by list.
The people wait for hours, while those responsible remain silent. Are we crying over wheat or without it?
Shall we return to the Municipality?!
The hotel hospital, important services such as job placement as well as the polyclinic, fire-fighting and other services.
For houses and roads, municipal services, schools, sidewalks, greenery, cleaning, water supply and lighting, should the municipality not be restored?
We ask whether under the new conditions the organization of the city needs a more functional institution.
Bari, well, may it know where it may be.
WHY ARE THE PRICES OF B. BALLUKU, K. THEODHOSI, K. HAZBIU NOT PUBLISHED
It has been spoken of during the time of monism about hostile groups in the economy, in the army, in the state, about coup plotters and traitors. But the people still do not know what prices and privileges these leaders had.
Why are all the decisions and decorations given to them not published? Why is the public not informed about expenditures and wealth?
Within the framework of transparency, this would be a moral and political duty.
