DE JURE COMMUNISM CAME TO AN END UNDER THE CHILDISH QUESTIONS OF THE SHTERORE JOURNALISTS
UNDER THE CHILDISH QUESTIONS
OF THE SHTERORE JOURNALISTS, COMMUNISM CAME TO AN END
DE JURE
The lack of Psillkut constitutes, not — the omission of the confusion of a person [?] by putting work in the border regions into motion. From yesterday’s meeting of the National Council of the PD it emerged that the future of the cabinet with two exalted presidents of the time would be decided; whether an important part of it would be kept by the communists, or whether they would not have this fate. For the first time, the human body of the coalition government, after the elections of 22 March, the president of the country, encouraged and convinced that the government’s mandate was stamped with the seal of the 22 March winners, addressed it with a blunt phrase that differed from Mr. Bufi’s official terms. “IN NO WAY AS THE BIRTH OF THE PRESIDENT, NOR THE OPENING OF THE COUNTRY, DO WE HAVE, NOR THE BIRTH OF THE COUNTRY, DO WE HAVE, NOR THE OPENING OF THE COUNTRY, IN NO THE BIRTH OF THE PRESIDENT.”
After that, the president of the republic and the government cabinet spoke in a calmer climate, but not a free one. Everyone knew this meeting was decisive for important political and personal destinies. In the end, with a special tone and full determination, the president clearly said that the classic forms of the constitution in transition would face a new political situation. In closing, he underlined that Albanians are expecting much more from concrete actions than from old formulas, and every bureaucratic and mental obstacle must come to an end.
For his sake, Shëtarori PSH-ve would seek to recognize the formation and composition of the new government, to arouse public curiosity with details from the will of the election winner. The hottest point of the discussion remained the government’s relationship with the president and the role of the inherited administration. After the conclusion to include as many new forces as possible, with no connection to the former system, the president ended by saying that what was needed was a government of capable people, not of yesterday’s nostalgics.
Instead of relying on pointless fears, he said, everyone must accept the new reality and the sovereignty of the vote. Despite the nervousness that appeared from time to time, the meeting ended with a sense that an era was finally leaving the stage.

THE FIRST TIME IN THE ERA OF DEMOCRACY
THE FIRST TIME IN THE ERA
OF DEMOCRACY
... tears for oneself: the hours of the spark for every trouble of the people, but even more than tears of the times are the emotions that are accompanying us in these hours of transformation. In the great enthusiasm of recent days, in Albania people are trying freedom as a new feeling, where joy and disbelief mix. For the socialists, the main problem is now adapting to a new reality and abandoning old formulas. For the victorious opposition, the challenge begins now: how to govern a country that is exhausted, with deep economic and moral wounds.
If yesterday was a symbolic day, today must be a day of work. It is not enough to proclaim the end of an era; the next one must be built. Democracy is not only a vote, but institutions, a culture of responsibility and respect for the law. If these are missing, the first enthusiasm may quickly fade.
Therefore, amid these emotions, we must remain clear-headed. Freedom has its own cost and demands a more honest, more open, and more courageous everyday life. It is each person’s turn to prove that a given word can become action.

TEODOR KEKO REMOVES THE MOUSTACHE
A long time ago his comrades from the rallies, Keko-te i qënë mjaftion in many and went. After he became from war and after that you went [..], where for him it was a miserable official, ALIA TË JAPE DORËHEQJEN! (Then WHEN RAMIZ ALIA TË JAPE DORËHEQJEN?!). The actor was not even thinking[te] about resignation (mos[?]).
The president resigned, and Mr. Keko kept his word, put his signature down and removed them.
The question arises: Under what conditions will he remove the moustache?

... who, even without the relevant approval, were supposed to move. In many cases this has been confirmed with concrete data and dishonest work. Among those involved, in the vast majority there were individuals who saw the post as a privilege and not as a service to the public. This has caused damage not only to the economy, but also to social morals.
A few days after the official publication of the document, word spread that some of the former officials tried to justify themselves, but without success. In public opinion this was seen as an example that the time of impunity was coming to an end.
Around March 1992, it was said that a group of people had been involved in trafficking and illegal gains. If the court acts with justice, this case will also serve to show that gold cannot be washed clean with words.
