...if I am struck, the blows will fall on you

(below the discussion) Of democracy, but the deputy. These statements are dangerous because we need calm. So that no one thinks that he should provoke that aggressor with his own chest, but also not line up as a reaction against those of my kind. I think I have spoken clearly. If there is anyone who thinks he should challenge, then he should also stop at the code of the deputy. Azem Hajdari was ahead of us in parliament and if he gives up the post of deputy that is absolutely enough. What he says means that a deputy can go out and be killed. This worries me, because first of all eyes light up when they see you made into an example. That is how it seems to me. I think that in this hall it is by no means permissible to make such a statement. Azem Hajdari had the deputy's position well. In the event of his removal as a deputy, the resilience of the parliamentary system. Azem Hajdari has the mandate. It is clear that because of party pressure he cannot leave. We cannot keep clarifying with such logic. This makes me think that there are people who push him to harm his party comrades. Is there anyone who asked him why he is doing these things after [?].

PARLIAMENTOCRACY

WHAT IS THE NARROW MELODY IN THE TESTAMENT ITSELF THE VOTPROVA OF SOKOMI, 30.6 THE NEW SLANDER STICK WITH WHICH AFRIM DELI COMES AFTER THE VOTE. WHAT IS THE NARROW MELODY IN ITSELF The testament, Sokomi’s votprova, 30.6 The new stick of slander with which Afrim Deli comes after the vote. Xhoxhi Oruçi, Really, do you enjoy it? Who is the case of this? The right-wing opposition has dressed this up with irony! Judge, are you not bringing us out a man. The alibi is by no means strange when it is in new costumes. The old mask of differentiation is covered. A parliamentary group sees that democracy is being undermined. I do not know how it happens. This has once again brought back to the tribune the name of the poor parliamentarian. And his case lives in the battle for democracy. These institutions will always be presented to us as national. They are such, and it is also true that it is not so honorable to sell yourself as a parliamentarian in a hall while waving a portrait. If a parliamentary group governs, it must show its strength and the logic of the vote. So the vote is sacred. According to a layer of contemporary thought, our time is truly calm. But let us be careful with pro-monarchist words, because in confronting the parliamentary system, we have the opportunity to give value and dignity to the stage. (Continues on page 4)

AZEM HAJDARI HAS HAD HIS PARLIAMENTARY IMMUNITY LIFTED

AZEM HAJDARI HAS HAD HIS PARLIAMENTARY IMMUNITY LIFTED Yesterday at 11 o’clock on 28.9.1992 the deputy Azem Hajdari appeared before the criminal police with his lawyer to become acquainted with the file. The day before, the representative of the Tirana district prosecutor's office brought charges and issued the accusation. On the morning of that date, the relevant parliamentary commission met to examine the request to lift Azem Hajdari’s parliamentary immunity. By unanimous vote the commission decided to recommend to the plenary session of parliament that it authorize criminal proceedings. The reason for this criminal procedure is the article published in the Albanian newspaper under the name “Aksion”. According to this article, Azem Hajdari is suspected of having been involved in provoking the defendant Ylli Beqja to bring down the coalition government. Does this concern part of the mandate?

DO THEY IT SO THAT MORE THAN SO MANY ALBANIANS

DO THEY IT SO THAT MORE THAN SO MANY ALBANIANS This phrase was found by the responsible editor after a phone call. “This Azem Haxhdari is cutting a path for us in the name of the front. We are masters of the world. Is there a time? Let us make the mandate, but also remove that deputy. At least in that way the government will be saved from the turmoil. Enough with those who want to become heroes by phone. The political climate will calm down. What happened before this date was in the name of order. The state must react. This we are obliged to do. And on the one hand, public opinion is shaken. On the other hand, it is necessary to create the impression that we have bravely overcome the past. Those who came up with phrases of this kind are not ruining relations. By evening the editor’s powerful voice in turn finally calmed down.

WE ARE NOT IN A HURRY

WE ARE NOT IN A HURRY At the end, with movement, it has spread in Tirana the news that Driboni? The deputy chairman of the presidency of the association “Aksion”, Mr. Nikoll Lesi and the editor-in-chief of “Molla e Kuqe” Lin Jakaj? will be arrested. The comments have been very different. No, no, they had not gone anywhere for Greece. The further comment has been that they will be arrested has found even longer places. The news came that on 19 September the director who had dismissed? in writing(?) the defendant? Saded Franja? together with the driver and the government car, had set off with a green passport on the road. Everyone has remained surprised as to why this special service for such movement was necessary. Whereas on 26 September Franja’s? chief driver and Andoni Kryer? came to the office of the deputy prime minister Nikoll Lesi from where the trip continued to Jolif? Tirana, accompanied according to? by this note.
