On November 20, will we have a trial or a hunger strike?
As is known, the families of the victims of April 2 are declaring that they will begin a hunger strike on November 20 because the process is being postponed and dragged out and justice is not being served against the criminals.
The same situation with the trial is also appearing in the case of the two policemen from Shkodër. In June of this year, at the District Court of Shkodër, the trial of the non-commissioned officers who killed many of the demonstrators was underway. The families of the martyrs and the wounded were given to understand that the trial would take place within 2 years from the fall of the dictatorship. Shkodër and the whole city of democracy has been shaken by this injustice. From the course of the proceedings, serious doubts are being raised. For two hearings, the forensic medical expert Prof. Meço and the other experts have not appeared. Not only that, but the prosecutor is showing himself to be lethargic and has not taken part in the examination of the case. The question is also raised: could it be that the opposing side is winning this too? The relatives of the victims and the disabled persecuted, as well as the families of the wounded, are calling on the Presidential Council and the Helsinki Committee to examine the trials and take measures so that the trials of those killed and sentenced on April 2 are concluded as soon as possible. Otherwise they may go on a hunger strike on Thursday, November 20.

Two questions for Gramoz Pashko
PRESS CONFERENCE INTERVIEW
What is your position in relation to the Democratic Alliance?
I am one of the founders of the new party and my position is the same as it was before this economic program conference. The chairman who led me to think here was the question of how to openly play the anti-government question. In fact, amid the conflicts within the Democratic Alliance, I have not been surprised by anything. In the political camp there is a kind of suspicion toward every opening in the economic program. Naturally, this conflict is about the future, since the PD has no vision on this position.
— Let us make a comparison of the moments. Do you see whether this vision of yours regarding the position will continue or whether the formed mass will fail, certainly to confront the serious situation the country is going through?
— If there is a deliberate effort, then it is unavoidable? If it is an effort that is to be justified, shall we separate it? If we speak briefly about a relationship of cooperation and of a government for this, certainly for this. the logic. In such a relationship I do not see it as desirable, because it requires that there be a clear separation. In the absence of this we would do it, but it is not desirable.
