Our present time is difficult, but it certainly remains strong like autumn, the frost in the mountains of the North where havoc is being wreaked. Lezhë is also going through difficult times. 45 villages were flooded, over four hundred houses were evacuated. Thousands of hectares of agricultural land were blocked and the apple trees were hit by frost; all the low-lying fields, Ishulli i Lezhës, Tales, Torovica, the mouth of the Mat, Zejmeni, Balldreni, the city hills, Fishta, Kallmeti, etc., stretch in an inseparable chain. People are terrified. The depth of the water in many houses reaches more than a meter. Incalculable difficulties for livestock, grain, and household items. The wind was blowing in the streets.
