Gramoz Pashko and Arben Imami, are not invited at all. — Not a word about the former student and martyr of democracy, Arben Broci. — Television Buxpapa does not broadcast a single report on the events of the heroic days of December. Pal Serreqi refuses the decoration “Torchbearer of Democracy” According to information from well-informed sources, the former student of December ’90, Mr. Pal Serreqi, who was decorated that day as a “Torchbearer of Democracy,” refused the decoration.

It is clear that only a parliamentary democracy, equipped with solid instruments and functioning according to rules respected by everyone, can fulfill the arduous task of rebuilding a country and restoring the health of its economy. On Tuesday, our television broadcast several interviews with the editors-in-chief of the main newspapers about the law on the press and the status of the journalist. The chairmen Xh. Mustafës of «RD», Th. Gëllçit of «ZP», V. Rakipit of «Republika», I. Yzeirit of «Zëri», A. Bilacit of «Sindikalisti», M. Bazes of «ATSH», and A. Krasniqit of «TD» were interviewed, as was the Director of the newspaper «Koha jonë», Nikollë Lesi. The television’s shamelessness lies in the fact that only the interview with the representative of the newspaper «Koha jonë» was not broadcast that night. Why? How do the anti-democratic tele-monopolists explain this? What does such censorship mean? Why is «Koha jonë» excluded from the screen—the second-largest newspaper by circulation in the entire press and the largest in the Albanian independent press? How long will Marxist-Leninist censorship on television continue, led by its Director, the former editor-in-chief of the newspaper «Bashkimi», the loyal assistant of the PPSH, Comrade Qemal Sakaj(eva), whose newspaper called RD a BLACK CAT in its very first issue? May God have mercy on these “democrats,” with communism boiling in their veins.
