Yesterday the first proof of the independence of the Albanian judiciary was given
Journalist Aleksandër Frangaj is declared innocent
He is released in the courtroom
As has been reported to the public for some time by the defense against the accusation, without knowing the true reasons for this, Aleksandër Frangaj went through yesterday’s court session in Lezha; the biggest trial since that day of slavery began and took a negative turn. Something like that, however, concerns only an analysis of the details of how the journalist was handled. For three consecutive days, amid the overall analysis and especially the attention of the Albanian public, without knowing the true reasons and the opinion of the National Unity, it has drawn attention. Meanwhile, the procedure for bringing the defendant to account had been completed, and even in this stage the preparation of the trial together with the procedure for presenting them. For the misfortune of Albanian journalism and of all Albanians, whether this is merely a free expression of opinion or a strange legal act remains to be seen. He pointed out with his words before the court that all this had to do with a process equipped with other creatures. If this has one of these contradictions, then Albania should not have a long road ahead toward a serious test of morality.

his head quite without... The prosecutor had to act against the journalist defendant in this situation. Here is the request even against [?] to be free, to be right. That decision, despite at the beginning in Frangaj and at the beginning for Frangaj this right, the prosecutor fruan biret saliten and made it in full certainty. It brought him into complete calm.
