Finally, after 26 months in jail, Ibrahim Gjad[?]nda also emerged for Sulo Gradeci. And it was precisely the end-of-trial stage of "Omonia", which will be handled in three hearings (see its page 5), that opened for Sulo Gradeci the confirmation from the Military Court of Tirana that a final trial of the "Zhivllon[?]i" process will be held as a sleeper against the "Omonia" process, immediately after the completion of the "Omonia" trial, which has been separated and judged. Enver's former personal aide will be charged with judicial offenses: "As advised by judicial fault". And in the framework of the two charges in the process, it has been determined to present in turn the value of the accusation from Tirana.
Gradeci has gone through a true odyssey, which began even before his arrest two years ago, on 8 July 1992. The Tirana Prosecutor's Office had initially applied to arrest Sulo Gradeci, but the security measure was softened to "compulsory non-departure". Three of the accused were charged with abuse of office and theft. And according to prosecutor Shefqit Vradi[?], and the trade-union activist at the time with the executioners in Albania. He also, 10 and a half months after pretrial detention, a confirmation and "K.J." similarly states, below in the court of these March 3 accusations by asking the whole[?]
