Klaus Kinkel must intervene in the Council of Europe (LIGA) in San Francisco, an association of German homosexuals, called on the acting Foreign Minister of Germany, Klaus Kinkel, to strongly protest before the human rights court in Strasbourg and to intervene in the Council of Europe for respect for human rights in the case of the arrests of homosexuals in Albania. Voker Beck, spokesperson for the homosexual association in Germany and head of the organization, stated before the political forum that this drew consensus. The non-homosexual organization questioned said that the opposition in Albania should denounce the discriminatory organization against homosexuals and not be shaken by the measures ordered by the police. This organization welcomed the demonstration organized for homosexuals and the protests of lesbian homosexuals in Mokselsative [?].
