They were Vladimir Manuka, Lutfi Peza and Iluf Azemi, who, sitting in the dock, must answer for two events that took place a year apart. In March 1994, after passing through the outskirts of Tirana, a car with Korça district plates was attacked at midnight by 4 people who, according to the indictment, knocked down and robbed the three people inside the car.
