Special investigations into the events at Shkolla e Bashkuar

"Anti-genocide" — Who is next after Peçi? From the General Prosecutor's Office, the case was transferred yesterday to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office The case is being closely followed by one of the deputy prosecutors of the capital "Anti-genocide" — Who is next after Peçi? Special investigations into the events at Shkolla e Bashkuar From the General Prosecutor's Office, the case was transferred yesterday to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office The case is being closely followed by one of the deputy prosecutors of the capital page 2 There has been a lot of movement lately regarding the events at Shkolla e Bashkuar in the Albanian years gone by. Just one month after this case was reopened for the third time by a trio of investigators from the General Prosecutor's Office, yesterday it was handed over to the capital's prosecuting authority. It is a special group, made up of a prosecutor and two investigators, that will examine this event as a priority, under the supervision of one of the deputy prosecutors of Tirana. According to highly confidential information within the investigative body, this move was made so that, within a very short time, several of the highest former officials of that period could be held responsible. There is a strong possibility that others may also emerge from this case, following the number one arrested person in the "Anti-genocide" case, Shefqet Peçi. PD and PS risk leaving their headquarters

A flag and a bathroom, an obstacle for the former owners KORÇË - Will PD and PS conduct a political campaign in the streets? Both parties risk being forced out of their headquarters, and the "threat" comes from the former owners. While the property return and compensation commission has recognized the heirs of the Turtulli and Qyteza families as having the right to reclaim the buildings, it is the अदालत that will decide on the division among the claimant heirs. Several court hearings have been held, but a flag and a bathroom have become the reason both parties are still able to continue their activities in their current headquarters. The judicial investigation into the PD headquarters case was reopened a few days ago, and a decision is expected. The two claimant parties from the Turtulli family have only one obstacle: whether the flag appearing in a photo of the building is French or not. That will determine the age of the building as well. And, according to the court, a historical expert will make the assessment, after which the next hearing has been set for 20 October. As for the two heirs of the Qyteza family who claim ownership of the PS headquarters, another difficulty has emerged. "The trial has continued since September of this year because it must be proven whether the two-storey building was built for one or two families," the judges said, who on Wednesday inspected the building on site. And more than the number of rooms, the number of bathrooms in the building also determines this issue. In any case, everything seems to be heading toward a conclusion, and it appears that the two rival parties risk suffering the same fate: being left without headquarters precisely during the election campaign.
