Genc Ruli is innocent
The court’s decision is not based on law
The Arsim case after a 6-day suspension
The Arsim case was closed at the end of the proceedings with the court hearing of 22 January, when, in the name of the prosecution and in a completely unlawful manner, Andi Gjiknuri, Sali[dik?] Vyshka and Ilir Hupi (the judges themselves) at no point presented any evidence, and other important bodies also stated that there was no such thing as ever. The district prosecutors of Tirana, A. Qeleshi and G. Gjokuaj, presented yesterday before the court their request to declare Genc Ruli not guilty, since all the evidence and detailed documents prove the fact, according to which, in his view, the judges are being misled.
The Albanian prosecution stated yesterday that the decision of the trial panel to change the charge from negligent homicide to "fajje [?]" is contrary to criminal procedure. Moreover, similar precedents in their action have held that the finance minister was not involved in the publication of the facsimiles. Likewise, in the homicide case in which the victim of this matter is simulated by the lawsuit to request his declaration of innocence.
At the same time, the prosecutors requested the decision of the trial panel, the prosecutor’s office, to exclude the place of care with the rapid decision of the finance minister from punishment and the revocation of the right to exercise the function, as well as the imposition of a non-appearance release measure. In its decision, the trial panel declared the former finance minister innocent and proposed sentencing him to 4 years in prison. On the contrary, the prosecutors and the prosecution body assessed such a decision as scandalous. The appeal is expected to decide further on the continuation of the case.
