Special forces toward the South!

The government and the opposition on Wednesday reached some kind of compromise that moves the country closer to Sunday, 29 June. Yesterday around 11:00, on Kavajës Street, a convoy of at least 10 military trucks loaded with special forces from the “Shqiponja” unit, arriving from Tirana to Vlorë, was spotted. The troops had been ordered to enter the city in order to restore order and calm. But according to information from the field, only about 50% of the personnel accepted the order to move south, while the rest expressed hesitation or opposition. In the evening, the situation in Vlorë remained heated and various sources spoke of a new risk of clashes. Armed forces move down to the South
