What happened yesterday in Tirana at the Military Hospital shows that the new government, newly called the government of dialogue, apart from any political and moral harmony, continues to behave just as brutally toward its opponents and, in some cases, even worse. At least this is the widespread opinion that drew attention yesterday in the Albanian capital. However, it is impossible to say that this is an isolated case. On the contrary, if one bears in mind that E. Hoxha has consistently presided over Berisha in an orderly and correct manner, there is no reason to give it such value. It is clear that a reaction may occur in a world where, instead of calm, dialogue and understanding, an outraged people has arrived.
