ALBA, what mandate, whose mandate[?]
Election parties continue to drag the Albanian issue along. The aim is to block the day with some votes, so the election machinery must be set in motion within the deadlines established by the international community. The involvement of the entire government structure has already begun, with more access to today's source agency. There are several points suggesting that in at least part of the territory, war will not be settled within the set time limits.

In the notorious south, people are buzzing around yesterday's events, and one of them, through the movements he ordered toward the faction and the protesters rushing in Albania, near the much weaker force. This suggests that the capital's situation could eventually be shaken if the city falls into someone's hands. Meanwhile, Tirana, after 20 and 30 years in troubled Albania, is sliding even faster into chaos after the execution of [??] from behind. More important than that is the formation of an all-inclusive government lined up after the clear verification of the police, with help in controlling the situation. Neither war nor peace[?], day by day the country stands at the forefront of an impossible reckoning and a general bloodbath. All the points of hope that Albanians have counted on are collapsing, while Albanians need services and the cleaning of infrastructure. To continue watching[?] this bargaining with your hands in your pockets is irresponsible. This is unacceptable. We support it, we cannot [??] the calming of the country by looking at war and peace in line and the ethics of the [??] leadership. Neither war nor peace. These are the twisted messages of the armed contingent at the edge of the country. Kosovo[?] of Tirana, the cover of correction on the slope[?].
Municipality blocks the guard
TIRANA - The National Housing Authority had been put on alert until late last night. The police forces and the government used all means, including heavy machine guns, to serve the state banks. As was the case last night as well, after the gunfire and injuries in the center of Tirana, several fires and robberies continued through the night.
The diplomatic police were in this situation focused mainly on two branches[?] of the forces. An unexpected official ceremony caused a new clash in the city center. In Tirana around 10 a.m., the gunfire ended and uncontrolled movements by an armed group stopped. It should be borne in mind that the crazy time in Tirana in recent days has marked a significant increase in incidents.
Thus[?], after yesterday around noon a group of about 30 armed people positioned themselves at the entrance of the "Dajti" hotel, trying to prevent a meeting from taking place. Then bursts of automatic gunfire were heard and several people were left wounded. The situation calmed down for a few hours and then the tension returned.
