To speak, and to know that every street-corner word has been translated into an accusation against every government in circulation in Europe and even President Clinton! That was also the first sentence of Berisha’s government, printed at the top of the newspapers. Fortunately, he has even Albania in such a state; that is how he is. With this man they govern suspicion, terror, fear; they attack, destroy, and even call it a government in the realm of the pashalik. Truly, he is a man of great wealth.
However, the problem does not lie in the value of Berisha’s ridicule, but in the fact that around this whole matter the two governments are alike.
The first position is that of those who, with Sali Berisha, have taken positions waiting to find the box of pins, whether when they stamp, when they speak, when they drink coffee, or when they snap. Even when Tirana sees temporary managers.
